Dave has over 30 years of management experience, including 17 years in property management. Starting as a facility manager at SKS, he was promoted to district manager, where he gained extensive experience in revenue management.
Currently, Dave serves in multiple key roles at SKS, including Operational Variance Auditor, OSHA Compliance Manager, and Xercor Insurance Compliance Manager. His diverse skill set also extends to Tech Support, Emergency Preparedness, and administrative responsibilities for technology software. Dave holds an Associate of Science degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician from Chaffey College, which provided a strong foundation in technical systems and troubleshooting. He also holds multiple certificates from Google related to data science and cybersecurity, and sources and tests new tech tools and platforms.
