Focused Attention to Each Property

SKS Management assigns no more than seven properties to one district or regional manager. Whereas other self storage management companies overload their district managers with 12 or more stores to oversee.

At least one SKS partner participates in a monthly recap meeting for each property where everything from rent management, operations, marketing and performance against budget are reviewed. 

We care for your property as if it were our own. From routine upkeep to unexpected repairs, SKS manages all maintenance needs from finding the right vendors to ensuring the work is complete to keeping your property clean and well-maintained.

With over 90% of tenants saying they prefer to interact in person rather than with a remote or AI agent, we work to keep offices staffed so there is always a familiar face to greet customers and answer the phone. For overflow calls, after hour service, and for locations where remote management makes sense, we have our own contracted call center with dedicated agents to serve our managed properties with the same care as our onsite teams.
