Donna has been part of the SKS Management family for over 32 years, growing alongside the company and supporting its teams in countless ways. She began her journey with SKS in 1992 as an office associate at Saf Keep Redwood City. Her dedication and leadership quickly earned her a promotion to Facility Manager of Saf Keep Hayward in 1996. In 2003, she was promoted to her current role as Senior Operations Manager, where she continues to play a key role in the company's success. As Senior Operations Manager, Donna oversees day-to-day operations of the facilities with a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and creating a positive environment for both employees and clients. She attended Canada Junior College, earning a certificate in Hospitality and Tourism, which helped shape her passion for service and teamwork.
