Justin Roach III is Co-Founder and general partner Merritt Partners LP, a commercial real estate development firm in Oakland, California. Justin has developed and currently owns and manages in partnership over 1,000,000 square feet of self storage facilities in the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to his role at SKS, Justin is founder and president of JMR Properties, Inc., a property management and consulting company.
Justin is a graduate of Stanford University and the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. He has served on the regional board of the Self Storage Association and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.vJustin has numerous charitable and community affiliations, and most recently served as a trustee of The First Tee of the East Bay.
