Kevin DeGeorge


Kevin brings over a decade of experience to SKS, having collaborated with us on numerous projects across our portfolio. He has led capital improvement and maintenance initiatives at hundreds of self-storage properties nationwide, and his work has been instrumental in implementing solar solutions and LED lighting upgrades at all SKS properties. Kevin holds a B.S. in Structural Engineering, an M.S. in Economics, and is a licensed California Contractor, giving him a deep understanding of cost-efficient, high-quality project execution. As CapEx and Maintenance Supervisor, he will focus on reducing maintenance costs, ensuring quality workmanship, protecting company investments, and developing a centralized system to track vendor performance across all properties.
