Mike Bilby


Mike brings a diverse background in finance, accounting, and operations, with a focus on helping small to mid-sized companies scale in team development and technology to promote growth while improving the bottom line. He began his career with global enterprises, including Unisys and KLA-Tencor, building a strong financial foundation, and later served as CFO for SAGE Veterinary Centers and Wiley X—leaders in their respective professional services and premium eyewear industries—where he further shaped his leadership style. Mike holds a BS in Business from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. In his role, he will provide strategic financial leadership, including portfolio analysis, risk management, growth strategies, and financial planning & reporting. He values working closely with both internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, which provides Mike with the much-appreciated human side to a world of numbers.
